    My review (if you can call it that) of The Avengers in 3D:

    This should go without saying, but…spoilers abound.

    • We had some previews in 2D and some in 3D.
    • The 3D previews were: Prometheus, Frankenweenie and Brave (which looks like it will be AWESOME in 3D!)
    • Movie starts and OMG…the 3D was AMAZING!! It was like you could just reach out and touch them.
    • I was like, “PHIL! It looks like I could just put my arms around Phil. I want to put my arms around Phil.”
    • And then there was Loki…in 3D, and I’m all:
    • And the effects…it looked and felt like you were in the movie, it was just so…this was me the whole time:
    • And then…there’s that scene, the punching bag scene. This one:
    • In 3D…Chris Evans’ ass in 3D. My reaction:
    • That whole scene, I was literally squirming in my seat and having to bite my lip. It was like:
    •  
    • And the crowd I saw this with was much more fun that the first group I had. They seemed to get more of the jokes. The things like the Legolas thing, the Point Break thing, the Reindeer Games thing…stuff like that.
    • This crowd was a very Thor friendly group. He got cheers when he first showed up and got some of the biggest laughs.
    • That interrogation scene with Loki and Natasha? SO. AWESOME!
    • *is also a Black Widow fangirl*
    • Oh…and I don’t really ship any pairings in these movies, but I am starting to have Clint/Natasha feels.
    • That part where Thor and Hulk fight on the helicarrier? There’s one part where Thor wipes some blood away from his face with the back of his hand. This woman sitting near me made this sound…a sound I was, again, having to bite my lip to keep from making.
    • I just silently nodded my head and thought, “Yes…I know that feel, lady. I know that feel.”
    • The 3D really got to strut its stuff during the extended fight scene. I think I watched the whole end of that movie with my mouth hanging open.
    • This part:
    • Made me tear up this time. It didn’t the first time, and I don’t know why it did now, but yeah:
    • I got so excited when the crowd went crazy over Hulk sucker punching Thor, because I knew the Hulk smashing Loki scene was coming up soon after and sure enough:
    • Everyone lost their shit. Even me, and I knew it was coming. I still laughed as hard at all the jokes as I did the first time.
    • I know there’s more I wanted to say but I’m all ASKADAFKASGSJAJKAL at the moment…but yeah, I’m having feels for ALL THE CHARACTERS at the moment.
    • I want to go see it again!
    • (Also…sorry this is so long, but read more cuts and I don’t seem to get along. They never work for me.)
