    Yes, I’m fine. :) It was a benign tumor that was discovered when I had to have a chest CT for something unrelated. I ended up having to get a mammogram and an ultrasound once it was discovered. They told me they were like 95% sure it was a fibroadenoma and non-cancerous, and that I could leave it alone for six months and go through the mammogram and ultrasound again, or I could opt to have it removed and biopsied so I’d know for sure. I knew that had I waited, I’d have made myself sick with worry by the time the six months were up, so I decided to have it removed. It was an outpatient procedure, which meant I got to go home once I got out of recovery and I have a scar that’s probably about an inch and a half long.

    The whole thing was probably one of the scariest things I ever experienced, but luckily it was non-cancerous and I’m perfectly fine.

NOTE: Just a little warning...my posting habits have become pretty erratic lately. Some days I post maybe once or twice, other days I go wild and post a bunch of stuff at one time, be it screencaps, art, vintage images, Red Sox pics or just random stuff. You know, whatever I'm in the mood to post. Just thought I'd put that out there for any potential new followers. ;)

A bit about me: I'm in my 30's, I'm American, and I like reading, sleeping, the Boston Red Sox, Supernatural, Haven, Hawaii Five-0, and The Walking Dead.
